Yes, you will need to call in an order in case they need to order some. They use a lot of casings for their own store made sausages.

Depends on grade. We offer dry aged porterhouse/T-Bone, we offer USDA Prime as well as USDA Choice and Grass Fed too. They start at $12.99/lb. and go up from there. Prime and Grass fed are in the $19.99/lb. range.
