Beware!!! The ads that are on television that sing the praises of Progressive are not what I have experienced! I had to file a claim for roof damage on 4/25. An inspector visited my home and took hundreds of pictures. I have called the claims agent many times only to be able to leave messages…no return calls. Hurricane season is just weeks away and Progressive is too busy to even return a call! I have tried to speak to a supervisor but the way their phone system is setup I keep getting returned to the the agent that is ignoring me. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. If anyone else is having this same problem please add to this post. My claims agent is Lauren Lasseter
