Unreliable opening times. Understaffed? Frustrating. No issues with the folks who work there but find myself in front of locked doors too often. In addition, for my personal schedule, opening at 9am instead of 8am like some other FedEx offices would be nice.

Rude employee didn't even attempt to greet me or ask what I needed, a waste of time. Shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes in silence while she watched me try to connect my phone to the printer before she mockingly goes "oh u can't just print it, you need to email it to us." Like I was supposed to know that.

My boyfriend went in and he is Filipino-American. The moment he walked he, he said he felt as if he was being targeted like the staff thought he was going to steal something. He asked them for a box and tried to overcharge him by saying it was $5 when on the website it was $2.25 or around that amount. He even showed on the website to back him up. When he went to pay, he gave them a $10, but they acted like it was a $5 and gave him the wrong change amount. When he told them he gave them a $10, they then question him if he really gave him a $10. Rude staff. Couldn’t help with anything. JlasdjlsaTargeting costumers

Yes they can! Of course there is limitations due to size and weight. The staff there is knowledgable and friendly, if the items are too large they know were to send your for FedEx freight. Also if FedEx packs the items for you, it comes with their pack plus Guarantee. If your item is damaged, FedEx will make things right.
Yea, and heaven forbid they stamp the back as required by some immigration offices. They can take the photo but WILL NOT verify it was them that took the photo by placing a company stamp onthe back! They won't even write a letter saying they took the photo on company letter head. Manager states it's against their contract in taking passport photos. My suggestion is use someone that will provide the right service you pay for. *Overly expensive for 2 small photos*
