I came to the grove location today (tuesday) at around 4:10pm. My boyfriend and I wanted to get a tumbler and a gift card for his mom, we’ve seen them on instagram so i figured the stand would have them. Unfortunately this specific stand was out, the barista looked hispanic and was extremely helpful looking for them. She went to go check the back and even called the other location down the street to make sure they had them and then sent us there. She was very nice and went the extra mile to make sure we had what we were looking for. My boyfriend and I were amazed at how nice she was and it was easy to see that she enjoyed her job and didn’t do it for a tip because we bought a gift card and she didn’t ask for one. I will be coming here more often and hope she is working.

Very sweet ladies and the coffee was wonderful. Drink special made for a good value and the ladies here were hospitable. No punch card, unless you want to buy a gift card and earn a free drink, but I'll come back for the coffee and service anyway. Recommended.
