Yea, and heaven forbid they stamp the back as required by some immigration offices. They can take the photo but WILL NOT verify it was them that took the photo by placing a company stamp onthe back! They won't even write a letter saying they took the photo on company letter head. Manager states it's against their contract in taking passport photos. My suggestion is use someone that will provide the right service you pay for. *Overly expensive for 2 small photos*
Almost all FedEx Office locations take US passport photos. Also please note that employees are not permitted to take photos of infants and children who can't support themselves in an upright position.
