Got told this was an unsecured load. Tried to point out my load was all large and heavy items including my old taneau cover (150lbs) I'm replacing as soon as the rain stops, and got threatened with the cops and 145 fine. This was the load. Can't even see it standing next to it. Over 1' clearance from load to top of bed.
I get and support securing your loads. But use common sense before unfairly power tripping.

Liquid paint has to go to the Household Hazardous Waste Facility at 3434 McDougal Ave in Everett. If it is latex paint there are some paint stores that are taking it as well. Visit our Snohomish County Solid Waste website for more information. Only latex paint that is dried out can go to the transfer station as garbage. I hope this answers your questions.

Fluorescent light bulbs can be accepted in our recycling area. Please monitor https://www.snohomishcountywa.gov/207/Solid-Waste for when recycling will reopen. For more information please call 425.388.3425
Yes, however, the cost is calculated by weight, $20.00 up to 360 lbs, beyond that is charged at $105/ton. Depending on how much dirt with rocks you have, it could end up being quite spendy, as those are heavy items. Try calling Fruhling's in Kenmore, they may take it at a reduced cost.
Absolutely. There is a recycle area just across the street from the main transfer station, where hazardous waste such as CFL/ florescent bulbs, oil, anti freeze, household and auto batteries, as well as oil filters and cooking oil can be left for proper disposal. The service is free to household customers.
