Liquid paint has to go to the Household Hazardous Waste Facility at 3434 McDougal Ave in Everett. If it is latex paint there are some paint stores that are taking it as well. Visit our Snohomish County Solid Waste website for more information. Only latex paint that is dried out can go to the transfer station as garbage. I hope this answers your questions.
Sorry but wrong answer....there is hazard waste across the street from the transfer station....wet paint or not plus other chemicals...
All paint has to be dried out. You can use cat litter or pu drying chemicals from lowes or home depot
