Terrible experience me and my one year old hands we covered with BLOOD, new hire lady couldn't perform ONE YEAR OLD GIRL lead test capillary, she used wrong tube, and we went through terrible experience, will claim them and never be in this location ever.

Literally only had to pick up a stool sample kit. All they had to do was hand it to me. But I still had to check in. Was on my work break and though I could be in and out. Waited for 20 minutes past my work break and was still waiting. Tried to call and ask if I could just grab it, but all the phones are automated so there's no talking to anyone. The kiosks are also little computers, so there isn't even anyone in the waiting room you can talk to directly. Now I'm unable to pick up the kit I need because all the locations are closed passed my break time. Most ridiculous experience ever.

I was dreading having blood drawn when my doctor ordered it because I'm a "difficult stick" (veins small, they move around, they poke through easily) and it's typically very painful for me. The phlebotomist who drew my blood this past Saturday morning though was great! Her name is Abbigale, and I'm so glad she was the person to assist me. Scheduling and check in were super easy, and at 7:30 AM on a Saturday, the waiting room was empty. I don't carry a mask with me any more and didn't realize they were required until I was already there. Abbigale smiled warmly as she greeted me and provided a mask so I was in compliance with their policies. She even had a cute sign on the wall, complete with a smiley face that helped ease my nerves. Abbigale was patient, kind, and very gentle. She took my concerns seriously and did an excellent job drawing the blood (and she said that if she hadn't felt confident doing my draw, she would get another person to assist me). It was the best, least-painful blood draw I've ever had in my life! There was only a tiny red dot on my arm when she finished, and I had zero bruising afterward! I can't thank her enough for what a great job she did, from her caring attitude to her skill as a phlebotomist. Thank you!
