Food is fine, they gave me a turkey sandwich when I asked for soup…. Manager felt bad and gave me a massive free pastry, which although kind was confusing because that is not something I needed… just wanted my soup… The restaurant is clean at least, they charge 99c for an apple which is pretty confusing Overall not a place I’d want to return to

Can't beat the price, service and food

I am a delivery driver for Uber Eats and I am honestly disgusted with how poor and slow the service is at this Panera. The wait times are excessive. Yesterday, I went to pick up an order, and both the manager and workers were actually laughing about how behind they were on orders. This is not funny. Uber Eats is some people’s only source of income, and the longer you delay us, the more opportunities we miss out on Uber. I understand that some days are slow, but there hasn’t been a single day that this place has been on time; I’ve canceled at least three orders due to wait times of 20 minutes or more. It is unacceptable and so is the unprofessional behavior of laughing about how much you’re inconveniencing everyone!!!

Wish I can give it a zero. I was waiting for my order which took along time and it still didn’t come after a long time had to leave the restaurant without the food. Very disappointed in this restaurant . You have lost a good customer
