I can't say enough good things about the staff at this location. They are all so incredibly kind and professional. And they work hard for their patients. I know I was a tough case, but Dr. Rozakis didn't give up on me. He was gentle and patient. The only complaint I have is that I was very nervous going in, and I wish they would have walked me through more as they were doing things so I knew what was going on. Overall though I truly have nothing to complain about. They changed my life. I would recommend them 100 times over. They know their stuff. And they will take care of you.

Terrible experience. They were at the taste of buffalo doing a raffle for a "free lasik procedure" then called leaving me a voicemail hinting at the idea of me winning this raffle. They built up my dreams just to tear it all down. Just to get me to come in for a consultation. Very disappointed if I ever can afford this procedure it will not be through the Lasik vision institute.

Incredible place highly recommend . Procedure took less than 10 minutes and was Quick and painless and have perfect vision

Just had my prk Friday. Finally getting my contact bandages out today. They are extremely friendly. Answered any questions I had. Gave me a ton of retainable information regarding my recovery. I would recommend them 100%
