Terrible. I scheduled an appointment for September 6, via their website for this location a week before the scheduled date. When I arrive the day of, the front doors are locked with me and some people outside wondering why it’s closed. I called all the numbers attached to quest diagnostics and the specific location to ask why it’s closed just to go through a continual loop of transfers leading to no answer. The negligence of this company to keep track of what dates people can schedule appointments is insane. They fail to communicate to me that the office would be closed when they had a whole week to tell me that information via the email I provided upon creating an appointment. Terrible situation since I have to take monthly blood tests for my medication. Please go somewhere else.

Stopped it at 1pm (they close at 230pm.) I checked in and sat there for 10 minutes. Monitor said "number of people being helped 0. Number of people waiting 1". Finally an employee came out after 10 minutes to tell me she couldn't take me because she was waiting for people with appointments... I told her nobody was here. Her response was "yeah, but they'll be coming". I told her I've been here for 10 minutes, you haven't had a patient and nobody is here".. she still refused... I wound up going to a different location and they told me they never heard of such a thing and they aren't allowed to turn people away.

They open at 8am. And closes at 2pm. They do not accept walk-in and I am unable to make appointments as they are fully booked. I walked in and see no one in waiting room and the kiosk is not there as they do not accept walk ins anymore. It unbelievable that it is hard nowadays to get my lab work done in Quest locations.

Had an appointment scheduled this morning at this location, received a text to complete Covid protocol, was told to text back upon arrival so they can tell me when to go in. Noone ever texted. After sitting for several minutes I tried the door only to find they were closed. I now need to reschedule my doctor's appointment. I will never schedule at this location again.
