This hotel is disgusting.. the doors don’t lock, fridge don’t work mf don’t get cold. Shower head broke. Water pressure jacked. And they don’t honor ONLINE RESERVATIONS. Workers are RUDE! don’t recommend

When my fiancé and I arrived at the hotel there wasn't anyone at the front desk for about 20 mins. It was another lady standing there because she didn't have tissue in her room. She finally gave up and called someone to bring her tissue on the phone to the hotel. About 5 minutes after she walked away this guy came down out of the elevator with a vacuum like he had been cleaning the rooms. He asked us what we needed as if we were at a bar or something. We just drove from Michigan so this was definitely inconvenient for us. We decided to leave and get a different hotel. This was a very bad experience and I would never recommend or go back to this hotel.

Positive: Nothing!!!! Negative: The first room I was given was as if the room was under construction, and I would see a rat or roach at any moment. Carpet dirty and torn, urin still around the toilet, dirty window and bathroom curtains! YUCK!! Never again!

a light skin woman on staff was rude, it smelled like constant smoke (which was weird because they have a no smoke policy), it was dusty, no tissue, light plugs did not work, refrigerator was sooooo dirty. I didn’t even sleep there I just booked to get ready for my wedding and because it was so uncomfortable I spent the night somewhere else and had to come back to get ready there. Because I booked through a 3rd party I couldn’t get a refund. The pics on the site are NOT up to date. The place is disgusting!
