tried a hazelnut ice coffee bought two of them it was terrible took it back to them and got a mango/pineapple refresher it was off the chain, i will try that again. customer service was great tho

Came in the door stood at the counter said hello no one responded there were employees hustling and bustling all over the place no one acknowledged my presence there was one guy there that was cleaning up he said hello he saw that I was waiting after saying hello again he said excuse me ma'am someone will be with you in a moment that moment turned into minutes and more minutes and more minutes no one acknowledged my presence so I left they were more concerned about the drive-thru than they were about all the clients

I understand is new people but they need to train them better, this guy didn’t even as which bagel we want, he just put anything, they didn’t even ask if we want the ice cream in a cup or cone nasty attitude, never coming back is like 10 people and none of them are train good enough to do costumer service…. Please corporation change new , people who really cares about costumers ,we paying for the stuff nothing is free…..

I do not understand why staff is afraid to tell the customers at drive thru to park in separate area when a lot of food is ordered or a specialty has to be prepared. Understand that people are trying to get in and out - and don't have time to wait 15min for the vehicle ahead of you.
