If I could rate this hospital 0 I would. We are from Arizona, we were visiting. My daughter was complaining of not being able to breathe so we took her in right away. When we arrived they refused us to go inside and made us wait outside in the freezing cold at 3am. Said they were very busy and there was not one person in sight or cars in the parking lot. the doctor came came outside one time when he listened to her for maybe 10 seconds and never returned. Ordered a covid test and refused to call us over the phone for the results because they were “too busy” and made us wait outside in the cold for 2 1/2 hours. When the nurse finally returned I had to ask her to take my daughters temp because she was very warm. Once she saw she had a temp she allowed us to go into the outdoor tent. We were in there for 10 minutes and they sent us home. Save yourselves the trip and money people, they won’t help you!

The Doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and spend the time you need to understand your needs. The sports doctor has helped me so much with his thorough questions and helping me find the right solution. Thanks to Doctor Lee’s guidance I’m able to enjoy my sports and lifestyle. The staff is so helpful and always upbeat and they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. The facility is beautiful and they follow all of the health guidance to keep everyone at a safe distance. Our friends are always in shock when we tell them how much we like going to the doctor. Highly recommend this memorial care on beach Blvd.

I tried to call and talk to a social worker that helped me and my family on 10/18/2019 at the Lake Forest location, but the other social worker called the cops on me. What happened is someone in the government tried to hurt my family, and any witnesses to this need to be warned about the sophistication of these methods. The cops wont listen to me or make a report. They magically lost 2 reports that, contained evidence to my testimony so don't even waste your time. I am a peaceful person, and I am not a threat to anyone. I am writing a book series on the things that happened throughout my life covering and exposing many subjects of urban legend. If you call the cops on me again for making this review, it will not look good on your part. Everything is fine and good over here. God is on our side. Sorry about the 1 star, just trying to get attention. This place and the heroes that operate it deserve 5 stars. Peace Out

The Emergency Room Staff Rocks!!!! Unfortunately I can not say this in regards to Dr. Douglas !!!!!!!!! Dr.Douglas IS A NEGLIGENT & UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR……As a former employee at Orange Coast Memorial I have always trusted ALL of the Emergency Room Doctors I once worked with whenever I have needed to seek treatment I has always gone to Orange Coast. I drove all the way from Long Beach to Fountain Valley so I knew I would be in the best hands of great doctors. WRONG!!!! When Dr. Douglas came in to my room to examine me he asked what my problem was and what I needed while trying to voice my concerns about a possible fecal impaction , Dr. Douglas told me listen I have 4 Ambulances on the way with people who have emergencies. WOW!!! I was just in shock that those words came out of his mouth. Long story short Dr. Douglas preformed a rectal exam informed me I was not impacted and that he would give me a injection to assist me with a bowel movement and some lactose to help things moving. Never once did Dr. Douglas ask if I wanted the injection nor did he go over possible side effects from the injection. I had just assumed that he had seen my medical history as a Gastric Bypass Patient not to mention a person who is Very Very Chemically Sensitive to anything that may be ingested or injected into my body. Dr. Douglas needs to have a complaint filed against him not only with the Hospital Director but also with the State Of California Licensing Board Against His License. I was given a medication called Resistor which is used for opioid impaction of stool. I was never told of side effects of this medication nor was I informed it’s a dangerous medication for those who already suffer from Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Nervousness, Muscle Spasms & Chronic Pain. Had I been informed of these side effects before the injection I would have NEVER AGREED TO IT!!!!!! I had to return to the nearest ER within 5 hours of this injection because of all of the side effects I was having. Thank God My Survival Mode Kicked In !!!! I would have never been able to drive myself to LBMMC had I not just worked through all of my body spasms.It’s been 5 days and I am still dealing with the side effects from this damn Drug…. Dr. Douglas should not be practicing medicine if he intends to not take care of Emergency Situations… I will not be returning to Orange Coast Again That’s For Sure.
