I don't know what it is with this Tower Health but my mom has been in the hospital at Reading and then two more days now at the rehab and she has not gotten a full day's worth of meals this morning she asked one of the workers if she could get her breakfast and she got a sassy attitude which is even worse why don't you want to feed your patience my mom's hungry

Why is a diabetic patient who desperately needs to heal getting non diabetic meals? One more time....there is NO DIABETIC MENU. Not my opinion. I witnessed it. Regular juice? Mashed potatoes and mac and cheese in the same meal? French toast? Patients have ZERO CHOICE in what they eat. How is that not criminal?

I went to visit a close family member on 12-29-2021 and deliver him some fresh clothes. I was met at the front desk by what can only be described as a Paul Blart look alike with sporadic tattoos on his forearms. He was unwelcoming and very condescending. After listening to all of his directions, he asked me to fill out a paper and pointed to the clip board. I filled it out and he then proceeded to inform me I filled out the wrong paper and ripped it up ceremoniously in front of me. I can't tell you how the rest of the facility was because even though we were told by the room nurse via phone that 2 people could visit, Paul Blart told me it was only 1 and I obviously couldn't leave my child in the vehicle by herself. We left saddened by the experience and have not been able to make it back since. This was the one day we could come, and it was ruined by an overcompensation for the miniscule amount of power granted to Mr. Blart by the Tower Health Medical Group. Please screen your front desk workers better. They are the first face that is seen by the families of people who many times are recovering from serious illness.

The care exceeded all my expectations. The nurses where very nice and extremely friendly. Therapy got me stronger. I was up and running in no time. Plus...the food was great!
