The on-line payment process is awful. Even the manager said that they were no longer going to be using it, however, refused to compromise and refund even one of the over 5 late fees we received even though it was not our fault and I provided proof of this. Polices are inconsistent, and despite having "13 years in customer service," the manager is rude and ignorant, and is incapable of explaining the inconsistencies between what she says and what is written. The facility is average, but be advised the front gate never closes. I was fine with that, but all the late fees and the manager's attitude is why I took the trouble to leave. It is about the same cost as other places. Not worth the headache. With all the closer facilities available, go somewhere else.
