We use to visit frequently BUT we also had several issues with the rude lady that everyone has commented/complained about, so we stopped going. But recently, with in the past several of weeks, we noticed there are new employees and these young ladies are very polite and patient. This brought a little bit of hope because their donuts are very good. But it was not worth dealing with a rude employee. As long as this new change stays the same, we will start coming back more frequently again

I've been coming to this donut shop for the last three months and haven't ran into the problem of anyone being rude to me. I've always been treated decent and my orders have always been correct. The shop is always clean and the kolaches (cheese and jalapeno - small/large) are great!

Well I guess I could have read the reviews first. Yes, there is a lady that works here that should not be working with customers face to face. I watched her talk/interact with two customers in front of me and decided I was no going to spend any money here. Went to the donut shop a mile away and the lady was sweet and quick. Not sure why people would want to wake up, drive here and spend their hard earned money, only to be treated like your bothering this shop by being there.

As many others have said you have one lady that works here that is spoiling the experience of getting donuts for everyone. She should not be working is a customer face environment. She seems to be unhappy with life and is doing a terrible job of representing this place. On top of that she is handling the donuts like footballs and then throwing them in to bags or boxes, only for them to look like road kill when you go to enjoy them. Take your business someplace where they are happy to see customers and know how to handle food.
