I would go down to the office, if it was me and find out if you know you are due money and did not receive it. Or, if it is coming via direct deposit your bank perhaps a holiday has changed the expected date.
My ss# is my personal id when I go to the office I want to see my activity on their screen since they keep track of it do you think they will blow me off and say they can't give out that information

No they will not give you card same day nor a copy of it. The offices are closed still so you will have to go online to request a new card.
I need to get my daughter's ss card. I have her birth certificate, she doesn't have and ID of course. No other forms except birth certificate. What else can be used for second form?

Ive had the same problem! I paid online almost $40 for the downloadable forms but they require "Original birth certificate and state ID sent in" . so its impossible these days and its ruining life i cant even get state help apply for anything with out a ssi card! Help!
No, you dont. Make an account at home if you have computer. And print income statement from home (or 2.) Wed afternoons they are closed at 12pm. Avoid monday mornings and friday afternoons as those are most busiest days to go. If gotta go, take your drivers license or state i.d.

According to what I was informed of, one may have to file on the income they received annually but not directly out of the check during the year to my awareness.
How can I look at my social security records? I don't know how to tell if I'm considered partially disabled or permanently disabled or what ever? Any help would be so appriciated

You obviously have been calling at the wrong time or using the wrong resources. Look up the direct number for Youngstown if you haven't. I've never had an issue with contact.
