DO NOT USE. I normally am not one to leave bad reviews because I understand that on the other end of this, there is a small business that is just doing their best. But the service I encountered with Broderick's was so poor, that I feel obligated to warn other brides. I contracted Broderick's for my wedding florals and when the day came, nothing was what we ordered. The flowers were different, the arrangements were different, the glass for candles was disgustingly dirty and had wax all over them -- the list goes on and on. It was so disappointing and stressful to have so many things go wrong on your wedding day. When I went to the owner of Brodericks to tell him what happened, he promised to reimburse us for some of the costs because he knew they messed up. Well, it's been months and we were never reimbursed. The whole staff has stopped responding to our emails and calls. We have been completely ghosted. This is just NOT how you do business. So, fellow brides be warned. I would never use Broderick's again.

Wow! Broderick's is an absolutely incredible florist, and made our wedding so so beautiful. John is so kind, down-to-earth, and easy to work with. We trusted him immediately and he really guided us well. I appreciated that he brought us in to look at sample arrangements, allowing us to make adjustments ahead of time if we wanted to. On the day of, he put together an incredible Chuppah, beautiful centerpieces, and even found ways to reuse and repurpose flowers from our outdoor ceremony once we moved inside for our reception. I can't emphasize enough what a calm and comfortable energy John exudes, and how beautiful his work is! I can't recommend him enough.

Of course we can…with a little anticipation! Be sure you give us a daytime phone number for the person receiving the flowers. Two phone numbers, a work number and a cell number, are twice as nice! Let us know when ordering or put a note online in the Special Instructions section of the order to let us know it’s a secure area or building. Some facilities will allow delivery to a gate guard or main office, so let us know if that’s an option.
Absolutely! Sympathy arrangements take priority . If you say, for example, “memorial service at 11:00 AM,” we’ll make a special effort to deliver the arrangement the day before or early in the morning.
We will, but usually we’d rather not. Hot sun, wind, freezing temps, dogs and cats can wreak havoc on your gift very quickly. Of course, we’ll honor your request if you let us know or put a note online in the Special Instructions section saying “please leave it at the door if no one is at home.” Or if the shop has contacted the recipient and knows they will be home soon, they might make an exception.
It depends on what you prefer! Usually the we instruct delivery drivers to bring the flowers back to the shop for safekeeping.
