Do not stay at this hotel it is definitely not a safe place to stay there was a shooting this morning July 6, 2022 in the parking lot someone sitting in their car and got shot I ask for a refund he tell me he would have to mail me a paper check when I paid cash almost $1000 for six days the Wi-Fi is poor you can only connect one device each one of your other devices you have to pay $2.99 for one day and that doesn’t even work had an important business meeting which I had to go to McDonald’s to connect my computer to the Wi-Fi because the Wi-Fi here wouldn’t even allow me to even purchase it for my meeting Then ask for a refund and was told I would receive a paper check when I paid cash do not stay here this is definitely not the place to stay at

I will give this place no stars if it was possible!!!! To start my room was dirty,floor was sticky, coffee on the wall garbage on side of bed and to make things even worse front desk told me I was wrong because he personally checked the room and it wasn’t like that!!! He even told me he was going to give me my money back and I could go somewhere else!!!!! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone please go somewhere else!!!

My stay was good except the smells In the hallways because of the guest animals. Oh but beware of the front desk receptionist, Pamela. She is a horrible person with a bad attitude. She makes you not want to go to the front desk. I can’t believe someone with one of the easiest jobs ever could be so rude. I’m sorry but you all should get rid of her for someone who appreciates their job. Other than Pamela and the smells, I had a decent stay. The hotel is near lots of stores and restaurants, there’s washers and dryers, vending machines, huge parking lot and spacious suites.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were greeted by an extremely rude receptionist, one of the employees handed us weed in an elevator and walked around the building with an unlit cigarette in his mouth, extremely unprofessional. The bedding was dingy and I’m pretty sure one of the beds were broke and so was the lamp next to the bed. The people above us were extremely loud, running, jumping, and stomping late into the night and started right up again very early in the morning even after I went to the front desk to complain. Extremely displeased with this hotel and will not stay here again.
