I had been thinking about doing a big bathroom reno for a long time but was afraid it would be overwhelming. I went to The Tile Shop and Kathy (Kathleen) came to my rescue! Couldn’t have put it all together on my own—what a help she was! Matt was wonderful as well. The selection AND service here are amazing. We’re done and we LOVE the results. You can return unopened, full-box quantities within 90 days of the pickup date. Additionally, powders, setting materials and liquids must be returned within 90 days of pickup. You’ll never pay a restocking fee on returns. All returns are subject to Terms and Conditions. There are no returns offered on discontinued or special-order items. Make sure to inspect all products before installation because installation and/or use of product constitutes acceptance. Cash will only be refunded if under $10 and originally paid for with cash. Freight/delivery is non-refundable.
