The staff and owner of this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating to my family during our visit. We had friends and family from out of town gathering for a celebration of life ceremony and the hotel staff was so helpful in making our stay easy and comfortable. They were extremely courteous and the owner, Max, went out of his way to assist my son in finding his lost gaming device. We found the hotel very clean. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and will continue to do so in the future!

This hotel had been remodeled in the last few years, and so I figured it would be a nice place to stay and would be worth the extra $ relative to the lower rated and less $$ hotels up the road. It was a last minute, unexpected stay, and I arrived late at night. The staff was busy cleaning in the dining area when I arrived, and he was very cheerful and helpful when checking me in. He was great. The room itself LOOKED nice, but the subfloor under the carpet needs significant repair. There were many soft, uneven and unstable spots, so much so that the furniture rattled when walking around normally. I had to catch myself a time or two when I got out of bed in the middle of the night, half-asleep.

We partnered with this hotel for a room block as we were getting married at Acquaviva in Maple Park. We ultimately chose this hotel because they offered shuttles to and from the venue if a certain amount of rooms were blocked. However, they never communicated to me when the discount code cut off date was. I had guests trying to book a few weeks before the wedding at higher rates. When I contacted the hotel, the customer service I received was not accommodating. Overall my guests seemed to enjoy their stay. However there isn’t a hotel bar which is something to consider as well.
