This is the worst FedEx location I have ever been to. I have been coming here for years and the new management team is doing an awful job. They have messed up my shipment not once but twice now. Save yourself the time and rude service and go to UPS

I was just in this FedEx location with my husband to have some flyers printed. We are regular customers here and usually everything is fine, but today the employees we dealt with were cold, unwilling to help, and asking very specific questions that we are never asked upon doing our business here. We typically email our files to have them printed, we asked for the email at the beginning of our interaction and the employee asked us to wait while asking every detail of what we were printing for about 7-8 minutes. Then told us an email can take 20-25 minutes to be received which has NEVER happened. Once we sent it they gave it about 1 minute and determined it wasn't there and we would need to wait with a now building line of 10 plus customers. This made us feel highly unwelcomed. I could see the prior customer had been a little difficult, but we did nothing to feel so unwelcomed here. We ended up stepping outside and deciding to leave because we did not feel like they wanted to help us and didn't want to continue to wait to have more attitude thrown at us.
