This is truly one of the worst radiology places I have been to in my life. I brought my mother here for an ultrasound. My mom is disabled and needs help dressing and moving around. The technician would not let me in to help her. They put her in the a bathroom by herself with a gown with no help. My mom asked for me several times but was told no. Then they proceeded to throw her on the table for the exam and injured her leg. When she asked for a stool to help her step up up, they said there was none. The technician “Sue” was cold and cruel. She said several negative comments to my mother about her inability to move. It was clear this woman was rushing the procedure so she can be done for the day. She physically hurt my mom getting her on the table and during the procedure. This woman should have her license taken away for the way she treated my mom. My mother came out of the office crying and distraught. I spoke to the owner “Nick” who is one of the most smug and heartless individuals I have ever met. He defended his staff and did not care about what happened to my mom. It’s clear this man is only interested in making money and could care less about the patients who come into his facility. I’m disgusted with the whole experience. After all of that, we found out the test was done incorrectly. I would not bring anyone here who is disabled or elderly because they have no empathy or patience.

Horrible office No one seems to k own what's going on I was given an appt and the person to give the test wasn't even scheduled to be there. I was rescheduled and have been waiting almost an hour, still not been called. Once called, the people performing the test could not have been nicer. Such a shame the office gives such a bad example
