Absolutely ridiculous! I go in with a sore throat and they tell me I have to meet with someone virtually. I said how is that possible?! She says then they'll call u in to come back. How is that the definition of urgent care? Not to mention the receptionist whispered the entire time purposely so i couldn't hear a word. What a joke. Terrible service.

Waited a week for blood test results, just getting antibiotics now after 8 days of illness. Go somewhere else for your blood work. Also, a certain male doctor can’t wait to get out of the exam room when providing care.
