This hotel is fantastic! It’s very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a one bed king studio and it was very clean and very well lit. The desk staff were very friendly and the kitchen staff for breakfast were so nice! I will definitely stay here every time we visit San Marcos!

When we got there there was a horrible stench. They told us they sprayed something. We tried the pool but too cold and no jacuzzi. Wouldn't have minded softer and warmer blankets. The trash cans are sooo tiny. Love the big fridge. Shower nothing special like Marriott. It's pretty expensive for moderate accommodations. Breakfast is free and had keto options.

My experience has been great with this location. I checked in later than expected but called a day earlier to ensure early check in as a Hilton Honors member. Christian was extremely helpful via phone and when I checked in had exceptional customer service. He has a gone above and beyond to ensure the guest feel welcomed in their temporary “home away from home”.
