I live on caffeine and a prayer, usually this Starbucks is pretty good. However, this time they were super slow and didn't have over half our order. This wouldn't bother me usually, but they didn't discover they were out of stuff until our order had been placed and we were at the window. Additionally we were in line at the drive thru for 30 minutes.

Jaylen is exceptional. He made a very small mistake and made up with a grand gesture. I appreciate his sense of urgency and above and beyond customer service!! You truly made our day.

It’s a standard Starbucks but, the staff was friendly and did not seem bothered that you came in. I also like that they have the sweeteners, straws, stirrers etc… out where you can get them, not like so many Starbucks where it’s all behind the counter and they act annoyed when you ask for them. If they just start putting the heavy cream back out at the self serve bar I would give them 5+ stars. Lol Overall this is one of the nicer Starbucks I have been to.
