Facilities could use more cleaning during down time, since equipment wasn't working properly, but not a bad gym to workout at.

If this place was 24 hours it would be better, another problem is the machines are always breaking down and most of the staff is not very friendly.

Good gym for what you pay for, hours aren't really as advertised. Claim is 24x5 ( that's not a real thing), opens Monday at 5am and closes Friday at 10pm, so 24x5 -ish? Weekends don't open until 7am which isn't too favorable for the morning crowd, especially if you have younger kids.

The showers/locker room/bathrooms are clinical in cleanliness. Although most will wipe down the equipment after use, the staff will clean equipment when not occupied. Very impressed with at level of detail.
If you want to pay $10 a month you have to sign a contract. For $15 a month there's no contract. Premium services added to your membership increases it to around $24 a month I believe, not less than $20.
It's pretty basic similar to Gold's Gym
No haircuts. They habe massage chairs and hydro massage.
