Tamim failed to properly explain the process and he needs more coaching, training and development to deescalate the situation with customers. He should listen to understand not to respond. He must learn how to talk to customers. It’s not only what you say but how and when to say. He lied to me about some paperwork. Be careful when dealing with Tamim. “Your compensation in life is the direct results of the level of service you provide to others.”

I had such a wonderful experience at this dealership! From the sales team to the manager “Will” who made sure I was taken care of! They answered every question I had and were very professional. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a good car for a reasonable price!

We are from Lincoln Nebraska and purchased a Mercedes from Lucky Line. When we flew out to pick the vehicle up we ran into some unexpected issues with the vehicle both electrically and with some cosmetics on the interior. We told them we weren't happy and that the vehicle needed to be tip top condition before we picked it up or we were going to require a full refund. They took it to a Mercedes-Benz dealership and addressed the electrical problems. Then they brought in a professional upholster who took care of the interior work. Then they shipped it halfway across the country to us with no additional charges for any of this. After reading this review, some may wonder why I'm giving them a five-star rating. I've been around long enough to know that sometimes no matter what your best plans are intentions are and how well you've planned, things don't always work the way that you want them to. How you respond to adversity shows the kind of person you are. These people really answer the bell and we went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied. We've had the vehicle for several weeks now and it runs and drives like new. If you are in the market for a nice clean pre-owned vehicle it's worth your time to give these people a look.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler from Moh, and the transaction went smoothly. I had to change my review from a 5 star to a 1 star because I spoke to a very rude individual named Will that refused to cover the repairs on my Jeep. It’s only been about 9 weeks since I bought the Jeep and check engine light is on, radio isn’t working, traction control light is on etc. Will continuously cut me of during conversation and was extremely rude. I do not recommend buying a car from here because they sell lemons and have no customer service.
