Worked with Steven Haun and he was great! Bought a 17 Explorer Sport and he worked hard on getting us the best deal and was legit and honest. No crazy hidden fees, just the $500 processing fee which every dealer has one but $500 is great, ive seen them over $1,000 at other dealerships. We financed through our own personal bank at Navy Fed, we went and looked at the car, loved it, they let us take the car that night and next day we went to the bank got a check and brought it to the dealership got our tags and was done. So straight forward and simple 0 issues. Definitely ask for Steven! I've bought and sold around 20+ cars within the past 10 years from other dealerships in the area and even Carvana and this was the easiest most straight forward process ever and great prices and great people! :)

The process of buying my 2019 Chevrolet Trax AWD was great from start to finish. My sales agent Matt Pattern was polite and professional without being pushy or over zealous. Also my interactions with another sales agent Bob Valentino and the finance department. If I purchase another Chevrolet I will definitely return to Radley Chevrolet in Fredericksburg VA

I been taking my car to Radleys since I purchased it in 2017 for maintenance. Never ever missed a oil changed. On 10-17-2022 I arrived at Radleys at approximately 3:45pm to get a oil change it took them almost 3hrs to change my oil. Never in my 5yrs of going there to get service done it took that long. I get home and pulled my car in the garage as I got out and was walking in the house I notice blue fluid leaking out my car. I told my husband and he looked and a hole was in my windshield wiper fluid reservoir. Car was perfectly fine until I left Radleys. At least someone could’ve told me what happened and they was go replace it. But, they didn’t they handed the paperwork like nothing was wrong. THEY GO FIX IT!!!!

Service department did exactly what they said they were going to do. In addition the timeframe they told me was exactly when the car was ready. Nothing out of the ordinary regarding customer service; however, in this day and age being consistent and doing what you say and executing the process to me is exceeding expectations. Well Done Radley. If it continues I will probably buy my next vehicle at this dealership due to the service department

Your best bet is to stay away from the Chevy AVEO They are of poor quality and are built from left over Daewoo parts, JUNK!
