Yes. They have balloons. You may have to go to the cashier (with your other items) first then she or he will stop find them blow up the one you want. Sometimes they run out of helium and will let you know if air alone is okay.
Haven't seen that there. Try Home Depot. If 'shelf liner' can do, that is there and is near the paper towels.
