I've only scheduled an initial appointment through this office but I'll for sure be going elsewhere. I'm sure the providers are great, but I didn't get to see one. I showed up for my appointment and was told that because I wasn't 20 minutes early to the appointment time, that I couldn't be seen. Kind of a ridiculous policy considering I wasn't told that I need to show up early and I already went through online check in process. The funny thing is, there was someone checking in next to me and she was chastised for checking in 12 minutes early. Oh and I also just got a bill for a no show appointment. If you're looking at this and considering this practice, I'd recommend looking elsewhere :)

I called this location at least 20 times today to see if they had any cancellations as I am very sick and nobody picked up the entire afternoon and I never received a call back. How can a business survive like this? Completely unprofessional and despicable.

We've had a great experience with this office. Very easy to communicate with by phone or messaging in the app. The doctors and nurses are kind and friendly. Dr Alexander is wonderful

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Both the nurse and the PA(Erin O’Malley) listened to me and provided treatment appropriate to my symptoms. I was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again should the occasion warrant it.
