Unfortunate revision: Great Cost & scalp treatment however styling & customer service have been sub par both times. My teen daughter consistently gets something she didnt ask for... and have been banned from returning due to our honest review Edit. Thank you for the reply. As a point of clarity; my daughter was not asked if she liked the style, I was not offered a solution or resolution when I politely expressed concern upon pick up. My daughter is a teenager and Id assume that a simple two strand twist would not require my supervision or "guidance". Her service began at 945 and ended at 2:15 so staying definitely would have been more exacerbating. Currently her aunt is retwisting the style since no resolution was offered when I expressed my concern. I gave a 3star review and a 20%tip because my mother is a retired cosmetologist and I suppprt black women businesses. In the future, I recommend truly accepting constructive criticism and offering a customer an opportunity to fix your error rather than leaving a justification in the reply. I wish this establishment the best and hope for improvement moving forward since I've been informed we are no longer welcome after leaving a honest review.

First, everyone is amazing and friendly. Secondly, I was in and out! The best part is my hair looks amazing. I received so many compliments. I would definitely recommend Sylvia and her team. I love that the stylist did my hair the way I requested. That was the first time she did my hair, if memory serher name was Shade, I normally have Sylvia do my hair, but I think that day, she wasn't able to, which was completely fine with me.
