I love Culver's, but this location struggles to get orders correct (almost every single time). I hope they're tracking the money saved by not giving you what you paid for because it must have a non-zero effect on the books. Every time I have to park my car, head inside and negotiate with a manager in order to get the concrete's with my meal or the ranch with my tenders. This review is petty, I know, but after 9 years of going to this location it can't be attributed to incompetence, it must be systematically drilled into every employee to forget items in order to affect the bottom line.

Food was up to their usual standards (really good), but their service wasn't - ordered a meal that should come with French fries, and they did not include them. Had to go back to the restaurant to get them. Bit disappointing as they're usually so good about it. Hoping it's not the start of a trend.

The cleanest most friendly professional and courteous staff. The place was clean....even the restrooms were clean. It's been over a decade since I've seem pride in ownership and friendly happy employees. Thank you for for the wonderful experience. The food was spot on. Perfect temperature and no waiting. Every table was clean and now garbage on the floors. Thank you again
