The campground was fairly nice. It is a perk to be so close to so many amenities. My only complaint, which the campground did finally take care of was there was a decent rain my first night and got mud all over the patio and my mats I had out. I told the manager about the problem and she came to the site and said they would put blocks around the patio to avoid this in the future and would spray off our mats. I thought that was awesome until I asked the maintenance crew 3 separate times if they were going to finish cleaning up the site and each time they said they would. I come back later that night to nothing being touched and having to go to the manager again to complain about the same issue. At that point a refund of some sort should have been issued due to the condition of the site and lack of follow through

We have stayed at this park for both short and extended stays for two years now and I have never left a review but feel I really need to. This is absolutely one of the nicest parks with the greatest people working there you will ever encounter, from the husband/wife owners to every person we have ever met there they have been not just accommodating but truly friendly nice people. Highly recommend trying it out.

POOL CLOSED! We just got here. Pool featured on website is CLOSED. That information is not on the website. Spoke with manager about information not being on the website, as a business they choose NOT to put pool closed on website. We are camping with grandchildren, who asked us several times if there was a pool available for swimming, we said yes believing the website. No discounts offered, only insincere apology. Understand, POOL CLOSED here!! DISHONEST WEBSITE!

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. They put us in the back, older part of the park, which was nice because we had tree shade. The staff are very friendly & extremely attentive. The only issues we had were our satellite never worked, even on our roof. The cell phone coverage (at & t) was very poor. If you need to work or stream, you have to pay for their “better” internet. The laundry was sufficient, didn’t utilize the bathrooms. The pool was not open & not sure when it would be. We would stay here again but we would probably want to be in the front, newer part for better reception.
