Bruce is an excellent salesperson who listened to my checklist, wasn't pushy and didn't waste my time. I didn't purchase a car from them but I also didn't feel like I blew 2 hours driving there either. I'd definitely try to work with him again!

Just purchased a vehicle in June of 2022 and it’s been nothing but problems every single month. Only had this vehicle for 3 months and a week and it’s already having problems starting. Update: so let me break down the series of unfortunate events. When I was initially sold this car, they were moving so quickly. They were already running my credit, checking with lenders, printing out the documents. But what my sales person failed to notify me of prior to all of this was that the vehicle had bad tire sensors. So he informed me I had to bring the vehicle back the following month for the replacement sensors. So I took the vehicle back in July for the replacement of the sensors. Fast forward to August. The radio dies then the next day the car battery dies. The vehicle had to be towed and they do diagnostics and say everything is fine. But in the same breath say the vehicle needed to be jumped. A vehicle I’ve only had for 60 days needed a jump? I let them know that’s unacceptable and to replace the battery to which they refused. They agreed to waive repairs and towing if I take the car which mistakenly I do. Now it’s September. I’m driving and the radio goes out. At this point I’m not shocked and I’m prepared for the car to not be working the next day. To my own unsurprise, I go outside to start the vehicle and it doesn’t work. They had to tow it back up to the shop. They call me and tell me the battery is bad and I have to pay 310 for it. Hell no. Keep that lemon. At this point this entire experience has been unacceptable. This company knowingly sold an unreliable vehicle with a bad battery to me. This vehicle may also have a bad alternator. So I have spoken to my lender about my options. Next, I’m going to notify the BBB and make sure everyone knows to never purchase from this company.
