I like being able to do teletherapy visits that don’t require physical examinations, etc. Also, I believe Sara K worked with me to get my endoscopy scheduled ASAP. She also gave me excellent advice on constipation.

WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AT THIS OFFICE?????? Been on hold for 17 minutes. I left a message a day ago and no one got back to me. Very aggravating. I don't have time to just sit around on the phone.

I've never had a problem getting through on the phone or being called back. Perhaps they have a new person on staff.

I was told I need a stomach biopsy, is that something this office does?
