Dr. Carl Lauryssen, neurosurgeon performed a 4-level spinal fusion on me 9 days ago. I am pain-free and post-op dysphasia has resolved. Will report further at 8-wk post-op.

I have been visiting this practice for a long term issue - though I'm still in the process of resolving my issue, I specifically came here to rate the excellent care team. Everyone from the office staff to the nurses to the doctors are very kind and patient and treat you well. Dr. Tumu is really kind and acknowledges the mental and emotional toll it takes while living with a painful condition and all his staff, his PA Dr. Monica, and Demetrio are one of the kindest people I have worked with and have provided excellent support so far and I really appreciate that.

This is the absolute best place to be when your brain health is at risk. The best group of Neurologists in Austin. Dr. Hari Tumu is my neurosurgeon and I don't know where I would be without him?! They saved my life and I would never go anywhere else. Plus I LOVE St. David's Hospital. AND I was born there. Doesn't get any better than that.

Dr. Cooper answered all of my questions on what else could be done to improve my back and leg problem. The fact that he did not suggest surgery as the answer made me feel that he cares for the person he is talking to
