If you want to be in the center of action in the city within a very well maintained space, have great staffing/managers and one of the most reasonably priced spaces in the near vicinity…this is your place! I’ve been here since March 2021 and everyone from maintenance to property managers seem to really care. I especially want to highlight Angela Woodson - the property manager I worked closely alongside in the wake of COVID-19 and job gaps/uncertainties to ensure my housing was secured even after the legal protection of the COVID-19 Rent Relief program ended in March 2022…THANK. YOU. ALL.

Davison and Ray took really good care of us. These guys really know what they’re doing. Made the whole process Pain free from the tour to the lease signing. I really appreciate these two guy. Thank you

Community manager lives on-site. If you file a complaint on her - WATCH your back. You've been warned ⚠️ **if you try and tell other tenants about what's going on, the manager literally CENSORS you and will block your messages on the internal tenants post... OR they rewrite it so the office looks like a great team. Seriously, it's sickening. Human & Animal waste present everywhere. Red and brown stuff smeared on walls - for weeks. Elevator permits expired BEFORE the pandemic (4/2019)... Elevators are always broken. This is in the Tenderloin. Not Nob Hill. Homeless live IN the buildings - they love the laundry rooms... the smell - so gross. Buildings are not ADA compliant... only main door has ADA button. And with the elevator always broken you better be in good shape!!! When I addressed this with regional representative - he scuffed and said Sequoia will not pay to make buildings ADA compliant... the tenant will. WOW. Talk about class. Theft of packages, daily. Theft of bicycles in a secure garage. Cars broken into. Car batteries stolen. Fires set by homeless in the garage. Dirty laundry rooms. They smell like will make you ill. They are never cleaned. Break down while using them. Office says "not our problem." Staff enter units without notification OR permission... again, you have been warned. BE CAREFUL... look elsewhere! *Protect your family, yourself. Do not live here. It's all rose colored glasses until you sign your happiness away on the lease.

Since they want to deny my post to our bulletin board so others don't know how bad it is here, I'll leave a review here. Mind you, my bulletin board post was just alerting others to a homeless guy being downstairs. For how much rent is, you'd expect a nice secure place to live. That is simply not the case here. Homeless are constantly entering the building because security is never onsite. We had a homeless man sitting in the lobby asking for money. We've had another just the other night roaming our hallway knocking on all the apt doors. They expect it to be on the RESIDENTS to be cautious of who's entering behind us. How about having security once there is no staff downstairs? We deserve better. I do not recommend renting here until something changes.
