I inquired with this dealer about buying a bike from out of state. The salesman was both rude and completely unhelpful. Left a real bad taste in my mouth. Wouldn't recommend them

Unbelievable service and customer care! If I lived in the Asheville area, this would be the first place I would look for a motorcycle - why? Well, I was on a trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway from the Atlanta area, stayed over at a hotel in Asheville and the next morning my battery was dead. Due to crash bars etc not easy to get at the battery to get a jump or fix (Super Tenere). I called these guys and after talking to Jerry he said Brian (owner) could get over and pick up the bike the next morning as she was out of town. Brian came to the hotel bright and early the next day, towed my bike to his mechanic after picking up a battery, had the battery installed and dropped the bike back off at my hotel in about 3 hours total time - amazing. Brian was great to deal with, professional and honest - he didn't even want to charge me for his time or towing! They went above and beyond for me, and saved the day. Being stranded on a motorcycle can be a very stressful event, Brian & Co made it so much better. You want to buy a bike from somebody trustworthy and honest, look no further than Highway 191 MotorSports! Thanks Brian!

We have a Hand Sanitation Station at the front door and we do ask that everyone use it, cause everyone likes to hold the handlebars... We also have an eight customer max capacity at one time. We aslo ask that everyone practice Social Distancing. Masks are appreciated... Also both of the Customer Service Reps that you will be working with have both been fully vaccinated... Thanks 191

They do take trades. I am a recent customer there myself. I traded a 2001 1600 Roadstar for an electraglide. Great people to deal with. Honest group of guys. I highly recommend them.
