I love True Value hardware stores in general but we went in yesterday looking for certain batteries. They did not have them but the customer service you get here is always great and very much appreciated. Also enjoyed their holiday decor that was recently put on sale.

My son stopped in to get a couple of nuts and bolts for a project. Employees ignored him while asking people right next to him if they could help them. Three stars because they actually had the nuts and bolts, took 2 stars away because he had to find them himself out of all the drawers with nuts and bolts in them and the employees were not friendly. We live a few blocks away but will be going to another hardware store in the future where employees actually help everyone.
