Our 93-year-old dad has needed progressively increased levels of companionship and care. The Home Instead team has been exceptionally helpful during our work with them over the past two years. They continually adapt to our evolving needs, and have kindly responded to more short-notice requests for schedule changes or additional help than I can count. Emma, who currently works with our dad is an absolute gem! She has contributed greatly to our dad's quality of life, and perhaps even more so to our peace of mind. I have to admit that I was initially wary of a commitment to home care service. Based on our experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead. I'm grateful for the help they continue to provide.

Home Instead definitely bent over backward to fill a week of 24/7 slots in Ocean City this summer for my parents. ALL the caregivers were so friendly, helpful and comforting to my parents. And they got along so great with the rest of my family, as if they were old family friends come for a visit. They made our vacation easier and stress free. We are grateful!

This company is the WORST PLACE TO WORK! The new owner Sangeeta likes to play owner and then offers no support to the administrative team. Except to micromanage everything you do. She sets you up for failure with her lack of experience as an owner and running a business. She posted this position offering to pay 15.00 an hour but is false she, with experience and a college degree only offered 13.00. Then TOOK FIVE MONTHS TO RESPOND TO UNEMPLOYMENT THEM DENYING BENEFITS TO FIND OUT IM OWED ALL THAT BACK PAY.
