The worst customer service experience. I jumped through hoops to get all my records faxed to them they said they received everything when I showed up for my appointment they said I didn’t have an appointment. 1.5 hr drive each way. The next appointment was over a month away. Good luck with these clowns 😎

I have been looking for a pain management Dr. In NJ over a year, I have been to the offices over the years with my sibling, we both have the same kinda pain that is “managed “ with injections. Well not for me they are not! I'm not going to let these Dr.s keep poking me in my butt and back, when it only makes it worse or last for a week. Back to my sibling who sees Perkins, after about 4 or 5 years Perkins takes all pain medication away! Yes, I get it, some people abuse pain meds. BUT SOME DON'T. I keep trying to change his mind but he must go to her BC it's WC Dr. However since she doesn't treat the REAL PAIN he's forced to go to the VA hospital for his medication.

Two days after receiving a positive Covid test. I called the office to notify them that I would be unable to come in to do a urinalysis on my scheduled day which was originally Monday 1/10. The staff had rescheduled me stating well we no longer do appointments for that on Mondays anyways and rescheduled for the end of the week. I went in and was told I didn’t have an appointment on that Friday. Which I know I did because the staff scheduled it and since calls are recorded it should be easy to confirm. Called to complain and no one was receptive to what a huge inconvenience this mishap imposed on me leaving me three days without refills of my mediations. The nurse stated no urinalysis no medications(like dude didn’t you hear me say I had Covid and couldn’t come in; such a total lack of empathy) My thing is where is the compassion for patients who test positive for Covid. Lastly, I called again to leave a complaint with the office manager and of course no one called me back. The Dr is great, good bedside manners and caring but the support staff isn’t all that professional nor organized at all. Shame on them

No. The doctor can prescribe it, but they don't do it there
