Honestly wish I could give 0 stars. Called to Check in on a prescription sent here for my sick daughter that had been out of stock the day prior. After waiting on the line for 15 minutes and finally hearing 1 caller ahead. The phone was picked up & hung up immediately. Called back again and pharmacy is on lunch break. Extremely unprofessional & inconsiderate.

We have been customers at this location for over 23 years. Normally I would check this off as they just had a bad day, but 2 of my kids are without their medications due to something going on on their end. It took 4 days to get a mistake in their system corrected for one of my special needs daughter’s medications. It was finally corrected and filled, my husband stopped by to pick her prescriptions up less than an hour later, and they had temporarily closed for the next day and a half. My daughter is now out of ALL of her medications, and she is on several that are very important to her health. We can’t get them filled at a different pharmacy because they are all filled and waiting to be picked up, so the insurance won’t approve them. My son’s medication was somehow misplaced five minutes after it was filled..just disappeared from their counter. They didn’t have enough of the medication to fill it again, and had to reorder for next week. He is without his medication as well. It was “under pharmacist review “ in the system, and now we can’t have his medication filled elsewhere either. Im not sure what their malfunction is, but it has put especially my daughter’s health at great risk.

Walgreens pharmacy, not a specific location. Just walgreens pharmacy as a whole but happens to be this location at the moment. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. It kills me to give them even 1 star. Walgreens as a corporation needs to reevaluate. Leaving patients stressed, upset, and completely in the dark about their health needs. This is unprofessional, unacceptable, and dangerous. As someone who works in Healthcare, I think they are extremely negligent. Randomly closing whenever is a delay in patient care, no matter the reason. No other cooperation is having this issue to this extent nation wide. Absolutely inexcusable.

Pharmacy is very rude, basically called me a drug dealer. So I moved my prescriptions to another store. Im a responsible adult I never abuse my medications and I don't appreciate someone assuming I do. They continually made mistakes and then tried to blame me. These people are despicable.
