I ordered an expensive couches, it took over a month to deliver and they brought me 2 left sided pieces that do not fit together. So now waiting again longer for the correct furniture that I ordered. Along with that I ordered one end table of which they told me a month later that it won't be ready for 2 more months. Unbelievable. I didn't expect this from this company. I will go somewhere else next time.

This is my full experience with Ashleys and it was terrible. Over a month ago we decided to go to the Johnson city store and purchase all our new furniture for our home. We spent a lot of money with them and they gave us the run around with every piece of furniture we got. They said our items would be in and they never came, they ordered the wrong size bed, didn't send shelves with a cabinet, gave us the wrong lamps, gave us a table off the floor that has been used, they over charged us for items, they refused to make the situations any better. Management is terrible there they have no idea what they are doing or selling. At one point one of the workers voiced to us that they were terrified of one of the other employees that work at the register. The lady was hateful as could be clearly unhappy to be there. I will never go back to Ashleys it was a nightmare to say the least. This is an honest review and if your thinking of going to Ashleys please save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This is the short version of what all we had to endure. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.

The staff at Ashleys are only interested in making a sale, they don't want to stand behind their return policy and keep refusing to fix the bill that they messed up. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. Took weeks to get furniture in. Then they delivered an in complete piece (book shelf missing a shelf). Told me they put an order in for a new shelf. I had to keep following up no one would ever return my call to keep me in the loop. Asked to return it and was told the warehouse would be contacting me for a pick up date. They never did. Turns out they ordered me another shelf and didn’t tell me they had. Here’s hoping this one arrives in one piece. Never again will I buy at this location. Very poor communication.
Based on when I visited they do wear masks. I did not see any thing to indicate them wiping down surfaces, but that doesn't mean they do not.
It cost $99 dollars for home delivery, but they deliver and bring it in and install it for you.
