They reneged on a visit payment. They made the appointment. I confirmed by calling in. I sat for almost an hour I was assessed and left. They were to pay me for the completed visit. Did not say anything until I inquired. Told me I wouldn't get paid because no blood was drawn and it should have been a phone call. That is not what is in the paperwork I received. I will be speaking with the sponsor. This ordeal is less than professional.

Every encounter I had with this facility has but nothing but professinal and courteous every time. 5 stars

Extremely unprofessional and undereducated. Coordinators there barely have a psychology degree. Research Assistants have just bare minimum education. Extremely unorganized, no privacy and respect for Hippa. Overworked and underpaid staff. Janine Stock is a director with a bachelors degree in business, who slept her way to her position. Run from this place!
