This experience has been one of the worst I've ever dealt with in terms of legitimate fraud at my expense. I took my OnePlus 7T in for a screen repair. The technician didn't mention any caveats or anything about potential effects on the phone itself and said that he would order the parts and fix the phone. What I got in return is not even close to acceptable: my fingerprint scanner no longer works, and a third party screen was put on that utilizes only 80% of my original phone screen (the pickup tech said that they do not "have the technology," which they failed to mention. The tech at pickup remarked that I should've been told both of those critical pieces of information as I would have gone elsewhere had they said something. Now, I have to wait more time for an OEM part to arrive, my fingerprint will not work still, and I have to pay more money than I was quoted. Avoid this company and shop at all costs - they are deceitful in their business practices and do not own their mistakes.

I originally called a competitor and they said fixing a cracked I pad screen would be $179 and they were short on staff so it would take a week. I then emailed CPR Monday morning. Eric called me back, gave me a price that was $60 cheaper and I could have it back in a few hours. It was a no brainer. Very pleased with the professionalism and service here. would recommend.
