Poor customer service. Lady behind the counter was rude, interrupted and acted like I was an inconvenience. Was not willing to answer any questions or help me pick which cut would be best. I feel like there's no point to buy meat here with this service. Pick out your own steaks at marketplace or go shop at Charlie's - they will take the time to help you pick out your cuts!

The customer service was terrible. The lady at the counter was upset I interrupted her lunch. My questions were answered with either snide or rude remarks. I originally wanted to do my shopping here because I heard good things about their product... But the service was so terrible, and I was made to feel like I was imposing on her by spending my money there. Never again.

Yes they do process a variety of game meats
They sell ribs, bellies, and brisket there as well as preseasoned prime rib. You would have to ask them if it is all grass, combo, or grain finished.
