This store is horrible bad customer service and they don't deliver on time when they are supposed to they are very inconsiderate and I won't be ordering from the store or dealing with this location again.

Terrible customer service. Took weeks to get furniture in. Then they delivered an in complete piece (book shelf missing a shelf). Told me they put an order in for a new shelf. I had to keep following up no one would ever return my call to keep me in the loop. Asked to return it and was told the warehouse would be contacting me for a pick up date. They never did. Turns out they ordered me another shelf and didn’t tell me they had. Here’s hoping this one arrives in one piece. Never again will I buy at this location. Very poor communication.

Well I purchased and the sales guy told me that it would be in within a week. Here we are 3 1/2 weeks later still isn’t in. They won’t even cancel the order without charging a fee. And I had to hanger the delivery address as I was in the process of moving and didn’t have the 911 address they promised they changed it so I am praying they deliver it to the correct place.

I have an issue with the delivery for order placed, the deliver was supposed to be last week and it didn't happen no one called me, then I get an email that the delivery has changed to Dec 23rd all of the sudden - and they still have a wrong address for delivery that they supposedly changed
