Hi Barbara, our delivery fee is $79.95 is you are in the tri-cities. That is full-service delivery. We bring the furniture in and set it up where you want it and remove the wrapping and containers. The $79.95 is a flat fee. You can have multiple pieces or even a whole truck delivered to you and it is still $79.95. They don't haul off old stuff but some times can move it for u depending on where u need it moved to unless it's being moved on a different level... Zaks is really awesome about trying to accommodate their customers though
